What is The Moonchild Baby Poster?
The Moonchild Baby Poster is a unique, custom-drawn line illustration of your baby paired with your name and birth details.
How does it work?
After you have chosen your style, you'll be greeted by our product selection page. This is where you select a poster or poster & frame combination. You then enter your details and upload your image to be illustrated.
Image Information:
We suggest an image of baby that displays baby's full figure. Generally, photos taken from above provide a nice aesthetic and shape to the illustration.
Can I see a proof of my poster before print?
Unfortunately we don't offer a proof before printing your poster. If for some reason you're not satisfied with the illustration, then feel free to get in touch with us at info@moonchildposter.com and we'll be happy to assist.
What size are the posters?
We have 2 sizes of The Moonchild Baby Poster
The medium is 300mm x 400mm. (11.8 x 15.7 inches)
The large is 500mm x 700mm. (19.6 x 27.5 inches)
When will I receive a tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent via email once the illustration has been completed by our artist, packaged and sent. The total time from purchase to delivery is generally 7-14 days.
Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.
How long does the delivery take?

Please note that some regions may be expecting parcel delays due to Covid-19.
Is a frame included?
You can choose to add a frame to your print on our product selection page.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Please note that the payment options vary depending on which country you're from.
Do I have to pay customs?
If you live in the EU, USA, Australia, Norway, or Japan you will not have to pay customs. If you live outside these countries please check your customs regulations, as all countries have different thresholds.
What paper do you use?
Our posters are printed on 200 GSM museum-quality poster paper. The paper is long-lasting matte (uncoated) paper so it will stand the test of time.
Who has created the illustrations?
The illustrations are created by the talented artist James Hopgood, one of the co-founders of Moonchild Baby Poster.
I would like to make a complaint, how may I do that?
All complaints (damaged or defective posters) should be made within one week from the received delivery. Complaints should be sent to info@moonchildposter.com.
Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.
Can I return my poster?
As all our posters are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster arrived damaged.
I've made a mistake in my order, can you change it?
You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. The changes can be made from the order confirmation that you have received by email once you have placed your order.
